I’m a Coach, Charity Founder, Theatre & Film Director and Drama Specialist

My mission is to transform workplace dynamics for more success and less stress.

I specialise in helping individuals recognise and utilise their strengths – to find their voice and confidence; working in groups, we build effective collaboration and leadership into the skillset.

The Keyfinder Model of coaching draws on 20 years’ experience of coaching in diverse environments – from prisons and secure units to corporate law firms; from disaffected teens to professional women re-entering the workforce.
